My problem is that Netflix did an authorization on my debit card and the $8.99 has NOT been put back on my card. I thought it was supposed to be a free 30 day trial? And if all they do is check to see if the card is authorized or not, then why did they take $8.99 from my account?? I want my money back!! Please let me know what the deal is!
