I have netflix streaming and I decided to upgrade my service to receive streaming and one dvd at a time. I waited all day for the (dvd) movie to be released (stating it was being sent) and it did not happen. So, I called netflix and the customer service representative was really nice and told me she would send two movies out for the inconvience and both movies would two new releases I had requested. The next morning I checked to see if my account was updated and I noticed they were sending out one and it was an older movie. I called and asked what was going on and they told me they were sorry and they could not send out two and could not control what movies are sent and they would talk to that customer service representative supervisor who was so nice to take care of me. I told that does not take care of the situtation. They told me they have no control. I asked to Samantha's supervisor Ashley, extention 87045 and Ashley did not do anything to help the situtation except to tell me what I was getting. I told then I would just cancel the dvd membership and I wanted credited. She was quick to accept my cancellation did not try to stop me. I am sure the company would love to know she did not do anything to take care of a customer. She told I would not get a credit and if I didn't send the movie back I would be charged. Redbox and Family Video are down the street and I bet you I will get the movies when I want for the same price. I will make sure Corporate knows how she handles their customers.
